These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of watchpostai.com (the "Site") and Watchpost's products and services (together, the "Services"), provided by Watchpost ("we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms for it.

2. Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the Services or any particular features, pricing or launch date. Early access, beta or preview versions may be incomplete, may change and may contain errors. We may limit, change or end early access at any time.

3. What Watchpost does — and doesn't

Watchpost is designed to help detect and reduce risks from malicious or unwanted AI agent activity. No security product can detect or stop every threat. Watchpost is one layer of protection and does not replace backups, other security tools, good security practices or professional advice. You remain responsible for your own systems, data and decisions.

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity under your account and for making sure you have the right to install and run Watchpost on the devices and systems you protect.

The waitlist is free. If we offer paid plans, prices, billing terms and any refund policy will be shown before you purchase, and those terms will form part of these Terms.

The Services, including software, design, text, logos and the Watchpost name, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Services under these Terms. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Services without obligation to you.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OR THAT THEY WILL DETECT OR PREVENT ALL THREATS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR US$100. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
